'나비'라는 히브리어는 '예언자'라는 뜻이 있다.
그냥 음만 같은 것이지만
'예언자'란 점쟁이 같은 존재가 아니라 '미리 보는 자'라는 뜻을 가지고 있는데
어쩌면 희망이라는 것, 그것도 미리 보는 것이 아닌가 싶다.
아직 보이지는 않지만 미리 보며 절망하지 않는 것이 희망이 아닌가 싶다.
아직은 아니지만 지금 가지고 있는 것,
어쩌면 꽃들에게 희망을 주는 존재인 나비들,
그들은 미리 보는 눈을 가지고 있는지도 모르겠다
나는 나비되어 모든이에게 희망을 주는 존재가 되었으면....
그러려면 껍질을 벗는 고통을 피해선 안되겠지.....
세상의 모든 아름다움뒤에는 아픔이 있었고
그 아픔들을 볼때마다 난 슬픔을 앓는다....
