2021-04-19 ㅣ No.146204 헨리 나웬 신부님(1932-1996)의 오! 그리고 늘! 4월 19일 < 우리를 끌어당기는 자유라는 것> Freedom Attracts 속알(내면)이 자유로우면 알든 모르든 남들을 자유로 초대합니다. 자유란 어디든 모습을 드러내기만하면 사람을 끌어 당깁니다. 자유로운 남자나 자유로운 여자는 남들이 평안을 느끼며 머물기를 바라는 자리를 만들어 냅니다. 우리가 사는 세상은 온통 조건이나 요구, 필요와 의무사항들로 가득 차서 우리에게 바라는 게 무엇인지 이따금 궁금해 지곤합니다. 하지만 참으로 자유로운 이를 만나면 오로지 기대하는 건 참나(제 자신)으로 들어가 바로 거기서 자유를 찾으라는 초대뿐 입니다. 참나가 자유로운 곳에 하느님께서 계십니다. 해서 우리가 바라는 건 하느님께서 계신 바로 그 곳에 있는 겁니다. Freedom Attracts APRIL 19 When you are interiorly free you call others to freedom, whether you know it or not. Freedom attracts wherever it appears. A free man or a free woman creates a space where others feel safe and want to dwell. Our world is so full of conditions, demands, requirements, and obligations that we often wonder what is expected of us. But when we meet a truly free person, there are no expectations, only an invitation to reach into ourselves and discover there our own freedom. Where true inner freedom is, there is God. And where God is, there we want to be. † 성부와 성자와 성령의 이름으로 아멘.
