1982년에 Dieter Bohlen, Thomas Anders의 멤버로 결성된 
독일 출신 남성 듀오 Modern Talking은 1984년 그들은 첫 히트곡이자 
데뷔 싱글인 You"re My Heart, You"re My Soul 을 발표했고, 
이후에도 연속적으로 You Can Win If You Want , Cheri Cheri Lady , 
Brother Louie 등의 히트 싱글을 만들어냈다. 
이후 각자 솔로로 자리를 잡은 이들은 1998년에 재결합 앨범 
Back for Good 99년 8집인 Alone 을 발표하였다.
